ARSIS Social Youth Support Organization invites you to the 1st
training cycle
workshops entitled “The socio-cultural learning of young people in societies with mobility” that
will take place on March 4-6, at the City Hall of Thessaloniki, “Manolis” hall
Anagnostakis “.
The three-day workshop is conducted within the framework of the European SLYMS program –
Sociocultural Learning of Youth in Mobile Societies, in collaboration with partners from Greece,
Portugal and Spain.
The project aims at the design and implementation of a modern, functional and
an effective social model of inclusion and participation, based on its principles
multicultural education. In particular, the development of appropriate training materials will
contributed to the strengthening of interdisciplinary curricula, to the animation of the social
skills and intercultural practices for an innovative and democratically open
pedagogical.
They are called trainers, teachers, training coordinators and refugee training,
youth workers, students, citizens, members of communities, cultural associations,
educational institutes, who wish to design and implement learning
activities using non-formal and informal education tools, such as the Festival
Multilingual, social work on the street (Street work), the Cafes of Multilingual, the
Multilingual workshops etc. Also, valuable experiences from Spain and Portugal will
be presented during the three days.
